I’ve got some big news to share, and I wanted you to be one of the first to hear it.

Hey Cheyanne is stepping into a new chapter. Here's something I've come to see clearly: templates alone were never going to get you where you actually want to be.

A pretty post template can save you a few minutes, but it can't teach you what to say, when to say it, or why it matters to the clients walking through your clinic's doors. That's the piece that's been missing, and it's the piece I actually want to focus on.

I don't want to be known for handing you templates. I want to be known for giving you the tools, the knowledge, and the confidence to build content that actually gets results for your clinic, on your own, for good.

So it's time for VSH to wind down, and for something built for that instead to take its place.

Going forward, I'm leaning even more into free educational content, on social media and my website, because I believe every clinic deserves real teaching, not just a paywall.

The services, courses, and products I offer will exist to support that mission. They let me keep showing up and teaching for free, while also going deeper with the clinics that want more hands-on help.

Here’s what that means for you:

• You’ll receive the October Playbook as usual on September 21st (the 3rd Monday of September), but that will be the last Playbook.
• All charges moving forward will be canceled. You will not be billed again after this.
• If you’re a Pro member, your portal access will stay open through September 30th, giving you a few weeks to log in and grab anything else you’d like to keep for your own reference.

Here’s the good news for my annual members: your investment doesn’t just disappear. While I’m not able to offer refunds given the nature of the content you’ve already had full access to, here’s what you’ll get instead:

• A full list of links to every template pack and Playbook you’ve already had access to, so you have them saved for your files without needing to log back in and download everything piece by piece. I’ll send that your way when I deliver the October Playbook.
• A personal coupon code, valid for a full year, that you can put toward any future digital product of mine, my next Bootcamp cohort (more details on that coming), or any of my 1:1 consulting services, whenever the timing is right for your clinic. No 30-day rush, no pressure to decide today.
